Gene Garden, Owner of "Fatstuffs Concessions L.L.C has been in the concession business since 1972.         

Born into a circus family, he is 3rd generation in show business and has worked in many areas of the business. In 1987 he started his own business Fatstuffs Concessions working fairs, music festivals, and arts & craft shows under tents. Now a days, he has 2 food trailers, Our Fatstuffs Cheesesteaks and Gourmet Beef Dawgs and our Waffles & Soft Serve
